The Canberra Raiders were founded back in 1981. The Raiders are also known as ‘The Green Machine’, due to their green jerseys. They have won three premierships dating from 1989 against the Balmain Tigers, 1990 against the Penrith Panthers & 1994 against the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs.
